HARRIERS PART OF RECORD BREAKING 1273 TEAMS COMPETING AT NATIONAL CROSS COUNTRY RELAYS

posted in: News | 0

Alarm clocks were set early for the 4 Harrier Teams who competed at the National Cross Country Relays at Mansfield on 4th November. The event, first run in 1989, is the traditional start of the cross-country season and this year saw a record breaking 1273 teams enter. With its usual mix of mud on the top field and faster paced surfaces though the undulating woods this made for an action-packed Saturday.  The full England Athletics report detailing the event can be found here

Well done to all our athletes, who made the long journey to compete, as well as the drivers and supporters.
