Scarlett Livingstone is flying high at the top of the U13 UK 1500m rankings. A run of 4:51.60 in the BMC Classic at Milton Keynes, on 2nd June, puts her 6 seconds ahead of her nearest rival.

U17W, Molly Canham ran 2:13.22 slightly slower than the 2:11.59 performance at the BMC race at Exeter, the previous week, which saw here achieve ES National Standard, placing her 10th in the UK national rankings. A run of 2:09.0 would gain her the qualification standard for the U18 European Youth Championships in Hungary, in July.

Also running was Scarlett’s elder brother, Johnny Livingstone. A first year U17, he set a new PB in the 3000m, 9:00.49 although still slightly off Inter Boys English Schools Entry Standard of 8:56.00.

Elliot Moran who took bronze, in the Inter Boys 1500m Steeplechase, at the 2017 National English Schools Track and Field Champs, also set a new PB of 6:11.63 in the 2000m Steeplechase. He is looking for a time of 6:10.0 to gain Senior Boys Entry Standard, with the Devon Schools Championships looming on 9th June. Moran is currently placed 10th on the UK National Rankings.
