Club nights are Tuesdays and Thursday and anyone is welcome to come along and see what we do.

  • Juniors (8 years – Under 13s): 6.30pm – 7.30pm (please be ready by 6.25pm for 6.3pm start)
  • Seniors (ages 13 upwards): 7.00pm – 9.00pm

JUNIOR TRAINING

Junior athletes practice in groups and are encouraged to take part in all athletic events: Jumps, Endurance, Sprints and Throws. This balance allows children to experience the whole range of events: many surprise themselves (and their parents!) with what they enjoy and are good at. As they get older they can focus on specific events or continue to focus on multi-sport events. After all, wouldn’t it be fantastic if Exeter Harriers had another Jo Pavey or discovered the next Jessica Ennis-Hill or Mo Farah. Please see the Junior Section page for more details.

PLEASE NOTE JUNIOR ATHLETES MUST BE COLLECTED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN FROM THE CLUBHOUSE AFTER TRAINING AND NOT FROM ANY OTHER POINT.

OFF TRACK RUNNING
