posted in: News | 0

UPDATE 03/03/2018 @ 18.00 Redruth Tomorrow; David Phillips has successfully collected the minibus and will be departing Exeter Arena at 9am tomorrow. If you’d like to travel with him, to the Westward League fixture at Redruth, please contact David on 07868 494168. He is planning a steady journey to arrive in time for those runners in early events to walk the course and warm up. The school hall is available if it’s too cold and wet outside.

UPDATE 03/03/2018Tomorrows fixture is ON.  Apparently the course is clear of snow and ice, although travelling may be difficult for some. Hot refreshments will be available. David Phillips is intending to take a minibus subject to being able to collect it from Bampton this afternoon.  His current plan is to leave Exeter Arena at 9am tomorrow morning.  Those wishing to go on the minibus please contact David direct to firm up travel plans.

02/03/2018 – Redruth School was closed yesterday and today. At the moment the fields are frozen and covered in snow.  The event going ahead will be dependent on the temperatures rising enough to thaw the parking areas, paths and the fields.  A decision will be made tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon.

If the fixture does run David Phillips will be taking a minibus as previously arranged. Further updates as we receive them.
