Exeter Harriers takes the safety and behaviour of its athletes, club members and families extremely seriously. We believe in offering a safe, welcoming and positive environment where everyone can perform to the best of their ability free from any fear or harassment

We ask that you help us to achieve this by abiding by a simple set of codes of conduct which you can download below. If you have any questions, thoughts or ideas then please don’t hesitate to contact any of the club officials, coaches or volunteers. We want you to have the best experience possible.

It is very important to the Club that everyone within it is able to participate in a safe and enjoyable environment, with their rights, wishes and feelings respected by those around them. All coaching staff and volunteers are required to adopt and work by the UKA Welfare policy and procedures, as well as codes of conduct adopted by the Club.

A copy of the UKA Welfare Policy and Procedures document can be found by clicking here.

Should any member of the Club have any concerns regarding welfare, they should email welfare@exeterharriers.org.uk.  Our designated welfare officers are David Phillips and Sally Palmer.  Any issues will be dealt with according to the UKA Welfare Policy.
