Club nights are Tuesdays and Thursday please email welcomedesk@exeterharriers.org.uk if you would like to arrange to come along to a session and see what we do.
- Juniors (8 years – Under 13s): 6.30pm – 7.30pm (please be ready by 6.25pm for 6.30pm start)
- Seniors (ages 13 upwards): 7.00pm – 9.00pm

JUNIOR TRAINING
Junior athletes practice in groups and are encouraged to take part in all athletic events: Jumps, Endurance, Sprints and Throws. This balance allows children to experience the whole range of events: many surprise themselves (and their parents!) with what they enjoy and are good at. As they get older they can focus on specific events or continue to focus on multi-sport events. After all, wouldn’t it be fantastic if Exeter Harriers had another Jo Pavey or discovered the next Jessica Ennis-Hill or Mo Farah. Please see the Junior Section page for more details.
PLEASE NOTE JUNIOR ATHLETES MUST BE COLLECTED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN FROM INSIDE THE CLUBHOUSE AFTER TRAINING AND NOT FROM ANY OTHER POINT. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARRIVE BY 7.25PM, PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SESSION, TO COLLECT YOU CHILD. THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT DURING THE DARK WINTER EVENINGS.

OFF TRACK RUNNING
