Exeter Harriers train at Exeter Arena which is an 8 lane (10 lane straight) synthetic 400 metres track. If you are using spikes thay MUST be 6mm (or less) pyramid spikes.
Exeter Arena is owned and managed by Exeter Leisure - if you want to use the facilities at other times, please contact Exeter Leisure directly.
Field Event Facilities:
2 x High Jump
Pole Vault - 1 lane in each direction with a central bed
Long Jump / Triple Jump - 4 pits sharing two runways, all with alternative board positions, one with Triple Jump boards in both directions.
There are also two practise Long Jump pits with runways.
Shot Putt - two circles, one with fan markings. This one also has anchor bolts fitted for athletes with disabilities.
Javelin - 2 runways
1 Discus Cage and 1 Hammer Cage (both fully certified)
SteepleChase Water Jump: Inside track, height adjustable
Changing: Full in grandstand building. There are toilets but no changing facilities in the Exeter Harriers Pavilion.
Floodlights: Yes, fully certified
Seating: 800 (approx) covered
Photofinish and Electronic Starting System available.
