We offer Temporary Membership for a trial period. This starts on the date of your first training session and ends four weeks later, though in our busy period in April and May, this is reduced to two weeks.

Your first training session is FREE. After that you pay our Training Fee (currently £3.00) for every training session, including after you have taken out full Membership. Ask for details of how to pay from Reception.

You can download our Temporary Membership Form print and fill it in and bring it with you to your first training session, then register with Reception. Or you can get a form from Reception, or by email from welcomedesk@exeterharriers.org.uk

The volunteers on our Welcome Desk will link you to the appropriate training group.

Parents of Juniors who are on Temporary Membership must stay in the Arena or clubhouse while their child is training.

We hope you enjoy training with us, and that at the end of your temporary membership period, you will take out full Membership

Data Protection – The paper Temporary Membership Forms are retained in safe storage until 2 months after your trial period has ended, then shredded securely. Your name, date of birth and email address will be retained until the end of the current membership year in order to prevent anyone from attempting repeated trial periods.
