Exeter Harriers Pavilion is available for hire, either separately or as part of an Athletics event.

Note that the Pavilion is independant of the Arena and Grandstand, which are managed by Exeter Leisure - 

The Pavilion has a large room (with dance floor) and a smaller lounge. (Please do not walk on the dance floor with running spikes!) Both main rooms have patio doors giving access to the track. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with hatches and counters to both main rooms. There is a board-room upstairs. The entrance lobby gives access to both main rooms, the kitchen and the toilets.

There is wifi, with a Guest account available, as well as a telephone with answer-machine capability.

Access for those who are unable to use steps is via a walkway from the right-hand end of the building (looking towards the main door). There is a small hard-standing area at this end. Once inside the building, access to the patio area and the track is level.

There is a TV on the wall in the main room - NOTE this must only be used for live sports and news programmes or radio - we are not licensed for anything else. It can be used with a PC via an HDMI socket.
